Originally from Morbihan, Julien Brogard embarks on an artistic quest to discover universal themes such as love, the finitude of life, and the deep bond uniting man with nature. Drawing his inspiration from mythological tales, the vibrant colors of Fauvism, and the captivating symbols of the Middle Ages, he weaves a dialogue between past and present. In his creative process, Julien skillfully blends diverse artistic techniques, combining monotype, printmaking, oil painting, and digital art, to create singular works that defy time.

Initially a graphic designer, he embraced the path of illustration in 2016, making this passion his profession. His rich and eclectic work invites us into a world where art resonates as an echo of the deepest human emotions.

Julien is collaborating with LE CARTEL for the first time in 2024 as part of the collective t-shirt exhibition “PARIS IS A MOVEABLE FEAST”.
